Mr. Indiek currently manages, Indiek Realty and Finance, his own consultancy firm in Southern California.
Victor's distinguished career spans the public and private sectors of the banking, real estate and mortgage financing industries. His career includes 40 years of wide ranging and multifaceted responsibilities, serving in numerous senior management positions in addition to consulting government agencies, the Wall Street investment banking community, and trade associations.
From 1970 to 1977, Victor was involved in the formation and establishment of Freddie Mac serving as the company's first CFO and third CEO. During his service at Freddie Mac, he directly led the development of conventional mortgage-backed securities. After Freddie Mac, Victor held the following career positions: Vice Chairman and CEO of American Diversified Savings; CFO and Senior Executive Vice President of American Savings / Financial Corporation of America (FCA); and CEO and President of FarWest Savings. Additionally, Victor held directorships and senior executive positions at Builders Capital Corporation, Watt Industries Inc., Kennedy-Wilson International, Brennan Enterprises LLC, Parking Properties USA, Bank Plus Corporation and Fidelity Bank.
Victor holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
