Victor's distinguished career spans the public and private sectors of the banking, real estate and mortgage financing industries. His career includes 40 years of wide ranging and multifaceted responsibilities, serving in numerous senior management positions in addition to consulting government agencies, the Wall Street investment banking community, and trade associations.
From 1970 to 1977, Victor was involved in the formation and establishment of Freddie Mac serving as the company's first CFO and third CEO. During his service at Freddie Mac, he directly led the development of conventional mortgage-backed securities. After Freddie Mac, Victor held the following career positions: Vice Chairman and CEO of American Diversified Savings; CFO and Senior Executive Vice President of American Savings / Financial Corporation of America (FCA); and CEO and President of FarWest Savings. Additionally, Victor held directorships and senior executive positions at Builders Capital Corporation, Watt Industries Inc., Kennedy-Wilson International, Brennan Enterprises LLC, Parking Properties USA, Bank Plus Corporation and Fidelity Bank.
Victor holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Jackman currently manages, Jackman Consulting, his investment and consultancy firm in Orlando, Florida.
Michael pioneered the electronic fulfillment of real estate information products and services in the 1980s. At the TRW Real Estate Division, Michael led a team of software engineers in the creation of technology solutions that provided electronic order management and the delivery of title, tax, appraisal and credit products and services. His vision and leadership abilities earned him the TRW Chairman's Award for Innovation. Michael also served as the Chairman of the Appraisal Standards Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association EDI Standards Task Force.
From 2002-2004, Michael was the president and CEO of Interlinq Software Corporation (NASD: INLQ), a software development company serving the mortgage industry for over twenty years. Only eighteen months after joining the company in 2002, Michael led the successful sale of Interlinq Software to Harland Financial Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of John H. Harland Company (NYSE: JH), a leader in compliance and business software, for a significant profit over its 2001 market capitalization.
Michael also served as president of easyLENDER®, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. (NASD: FISV), a global financial services solutions conglomerate servicing over 15,000 institutions. At easyLENDER®, he developed the company's e-commerce strategy; rebuilt the management team; and improved the company's revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
As CIO of Accredited Home Lenders (NASD: LEND), Michael led efforts to develop their automated underwriting system. During his tenure at HNC Software Inc. (NASD: HNCS), acquired by Fair Isaac (NYSE: FIC), he was instrumental towards the design and the development of Falcon®, the world's most advanced consumer credit fraud detection system. Michael advised the company's CEO on planning and development efforts of innovative software solutions that combined business expertise with advanced statistical techniques, neural network (statistical) models, and expert systems.

Don is Vice-Chair of the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and served on the American Bar Association Predatory Lending Task Force. He is a Fellow of The American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and is on the Governing Committee of The Conference on Consumer Finance Law. He is active in leadership of the Mortgage Bankers Association State Legislative and Regulatory Committee. Don has published extensively, including articles on consumer credit compliance, predatory lending legislation, fair lending, mortgage broker regulation, lender liability and usury laws in residential mortgage transactions. He is also the North Carolina State editor for House Law, a monthly multi-faceted legal reporting service for the housing finance industry.
Don holds a JD from Duke University and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and Texas.

Wright is a nationally-recognized consumer financial services attorney and lobbyist who specializes in federal and state legislation; regulation; and governmental relations. Wright holds a JD from Emory University, graduating with honors. Wright began his career in 1973 as Chief Legislative Assistant to Senator Sam Nunn (D-GA).
Dr. Ho is the William Halford Family Professor in Marketing at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. He is the associate dean for academic affairs, chairman of the faculty, and chairman of the Haas Marketing Group. Additionally, Teck is the executive director of the Berkeley Experimental Social Services Laboratory.
Prior to his appointment at the Haas School of Business, Teck held academic positions at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Anderson School of Management, the University of California, Los Angeles. He has been the academic director of IE-Wharton-INSEAD Global Marketing Executive Education Program and is a director at the Berkeley-National University of Singapore executive education program.
Teck's professional leadership includes roles as the Associate Editor of Management Science in two departments: 1) Decision Analysis and 2) Operations and Supply Chain Management. He also serves as a consultant to globally recognized multinational corporations such as Intel, Ingersoll-Rand, Boston Scientific Corporation, etc.
As an academic, Dr. Ho's extensive publications in marketing and operations management have resulted in the awarding of several research grants by the National Science Foundation for his path breaking research in competitive strategies.
Teck is also recognized as an excellent professor and advisor. In 1996, he won the Deloitte and Touche Best Advisor Award for Management Field Study at UCLA. At the Wharton School, Dr. Ho was a finalist in 2000 for the Helen Kardon Moss Anvil Teaching Award. In 2004, he was awarded the Best Teacher of the Year award for the full-time MBA program at Haas.
Teck holds a MS and Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a M.Sc. in Computer and Information Science and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Mr. Ridder has over 50 years of executive management experience in the financial services industry. At the age of 55, in 1985, Mr. Ridder founded First Collateral Services, Inc., one of the country's first mortgage warehouse lending operations, providing short term financing to mortgage bankers and brokers. During his tenure, First Collateral was sold five times to different financial entities. The company was ultimately acquired by Citigroup Inc. Mr. Ridder's strong leadership was instrumental in the company's survival under multiple parent companies and in unpredictable business environments.
Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Ridder developed his management skills as an officer at Bank of America from 1954 to 1984. He held numerous senior positions at the bank, including a senior executive position in International Bank Operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa Divisions for more than 10 years. Subsequently he held the position of Head of Operations and Control of the World Banking Division, headquartered in San Francisco. In this position he had administrative responsibility for the operations in North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa Divisions.
Mr. Ridder received his Bachelor of Art in Finance at Avondschool Mercurius, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He also received his Pre-Standard, Standard and Graduate degrees from the American Institute of Banking in Los Angeles, California and a Graduate degree from School of Mortgage Banking, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
