Mr. Chen is a co-founder and chairman of Pacific Advantage International, a sales, marketing and technical support organization that assists U.S. and European high-tech companies to establish sales and distribution channels in Asia. He is also a co-founder and board member of Antara Systems that provides a software platform that optimizes online advertising. Francis serves on the board as well as President of International Operations at Velocity Services, a leader in the provision of affinity-based Internet access and web-mail services to some of the world's leading brands (Neopets, AFL-CIO, Greenpeace, Major League Baseball, College Sports Online etc). He is a venture partner at W. I. Harper and is an advisor to Firefly Mobile. Francis is a private investor and entrepreneur in over a dozen IT and biomedical start-ups and has more than twenty years of senior management experience in the healthcare industry (Becton-Dickinson, Baxter, Hygeia Sciences/Tambrands).
Francis has also been an active board member of several civic, cultural and educational organizations, such as the Macula Foundation, the Burnham Institute, Groton School, and San Francisco Opera Association.
Francis holds a Ph.D. in immunology from Harvard University. He also holds a MS and BS in Chemistry from Tufts University.
Mrs. Kwan has 25 years of corporate and operational management experience in the mortgage banking industry and is currently CEO of ComplianceEase.
In 1986, Anita co-founded Integrated Capital Group (ICG) and served as the company's president and COO. Following the Money Store's acquisition of ICG, she was a member of the Money Store team that successfully negotiated the merger terms that ultimately led ICG to become a subsidiary of the First Union Corporation. Her continued leadership as president and COO of ICG was a key factor in making ICG one of First Union's most profitable business units.
Anita holds an MBA from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a BS in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
Mrs. Liu-Collins has a successful track record of over 25 years of experience in investment and development projects, specializing in commercial real estate, principally in the California and Texas markets. She is currently the founder and CEO of Liu International Management, Inc. In addition, she also manages her portfolio of diverse investments and the Liu Family Foundation.
Margaret is actively involved in social and community service work in the San Francisco Bay Area and is well connected in business, social, and community circles. Some of her many community activities include: trustee of the Investment Committee for the University of California, Berkeley Foundation; director of ServGate Technologies; member of the San Francisco Symphony Board of Governors, and member of California Pacific Medical Center's Advisory Board.
Margaret holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Livermore, a twenty-year veteran of the real estate industry, is president of The First American Corporation's Property Information & Services Group and also serves as chief executive officer of First American CoreLogic, which was formed through the merger of First American Real Estate Solutions (RES), America's largest provider of advanced property and ownership information, analytics and services, with CoreLogic Systems, the leading provider of residential mortgage risk management and fraud protection technology and services. George oversees all aspects of the $450 million property information businesses, including strategic planning, acquisitions, product development, sales, marketing, and operations.
George was named president of the Property Information & Services Group in 2005. His tenure with First American began in 1997 when he was named president of First American RES following the company's formation as a joint venture between Experian and The First American Corporation. Through a strategic growth strategy, George has led First American CoreLogic from its early roots as a small regional data provider to its current standing as an information and analytics powerhouse. Today, the Group, including First American CoreLogic, has nearly 5,000 employees globally and serves more than 600,000 business users.
A member of the Real Estate Information Professionals Association and the Mortgage Banker's Association, George regularly speaks at industry conferences and is frequently quoted by trade and mainstream media, such as Mortgage Banking, National Mortgage News, Servicing Management, Secondary Marketing Executive, MSNBC, and CNBC. He has published numerous articles on how to effectively deploy information and analytical products to improve mortgage lending and real estate transaction processes.
George holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Vong has over 22 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in the financial services industry with regards to launching new enterprises and successfully managing their rapid subsequent growth. John is currently president of ComplianceEase.
In, 1986, John co-founded Integrated Capital Group (ICG), a mortgage bank headquartered in San Francisco. As the company's chief executive officer, John positioned ICG for success and was instrumental in building ICG into a profitable business. In 1997, ICG merged with the Money Store, Inc. (NYSE: MON). In 1998, First Union Corporation (NYSE: FTU), then, the nation's sixth largest money center bank with total assets of over $250 billion, acquired the Money Store and ICG. John was a member of the Money Store team negotiating the terms of the merger. Following the merger, John continued leading ICG and was instrumental in making it one of First Union's most profitable business units. First Union Corporation is currently the banking group, the Wachovia Corporation (NYSE: WB).
Prior to founding ComplianceEase, Mr. Vong co-founded Integrated Consulting Group in San Francisco, CA, which both advised and invested in several portfolio companies developing leading technologies in the digital signature and Web-based broadcasting spaces.
