LogicEase Solutions appoints Wright H. Andrews, Jr. of Butera & Andrews as Member of Advisory Board

San Francisco, Calif. - January 20, 2003 - John Vong, CEO and Co-Founder of LogicEase Solutions, Inc. (LogicEase), announces the appointment of Wright H. Andrews, Jr. as a Member of LogicEase's Advisory Board.

In making the announcement, Vong stated, "Wright will not only bring to LogicEase his vast experience in legislation and regulation related to anti-predatory lending laws but will also boost significantly the depth and the breadth of our Advisory Board. We extend our very warm welcome to Wright and look forward to his contributions".

Wright H. Andrews, Jr. has his own law firm, Butera & Andrews, based in Washington D.C., which he formed together with James J. Butera in 1990. Andrews is a well-known lawyer and lobbyist, specializing in federal and state legislation, regulation and government relations, particularly those relating to mortgage lending and financial institutions. His clients, located throughout the nation and abroad, have included numerous major corporations, trade associations, coalitions and governors of states. He is widely known and respected in the mortgage lending industry and represents numerous leading mortgage lenders. Prior to forming his own law firm, Andrews was with Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, a major law firm with offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington D.C. During his 15 years with that firm, he coordinated the firm's extensive and diverse legislative and governmental relations practice. His work there involved, among others, banking and financial services, insurance, environmental and federal taxation issues.

Andrews served two terms as President of the American League of Lobbyists, during 1994 and 1995. He has been named as one of Washington's Top 50 Lobbyists by the Washington magazine. Lending Intelligence magazine recently named him as one of the "10 Most Powerful People on Lending Issues" in Washington, D.C. Besides having been featured on various issues on television and radio, Andrews has also contributed numerous articles and made extensive speeches and presentations on mortgage lending industry issues and other matters. Andrews began his career in 1973 as Chief Legislative Assistant to Senator Sam Nunn (D-GA). He obtained his law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating with honors.
